Jessica is one of our biggest and most comfortable sailing yachts. Made by the popular German manufacturer Bavaria, it is a 50 Cruiser type yacht and delights passengers with the comfort not only on short-range yacht charter cruises, but also trips further afield.
You can charter the sailing yacht for our popular five cruises or for trips lasting up a week around the ports of the Baltic Sea.
The yacht Jessica is a very popular venue for hosting various celebrations including hen parties and stag parties, birthday or name day celebrations, wedding anniversaries, as well as corporate events. For a number of our yacht charter clients, annual cruises on the Jessica have become a tradition.
Amenities on the Sailing Yacht Jessica
The Jessica is an extremely comfortable and well-fitted yacht. Its relatively large size means that the yacht is able to sail steadily through choppy waves and stronger winds.
The sailing yacht has four double berths. These are available for use on longer cruises to Ruhnu Isle or Saaremaa for example. For the convenience of passengers, the yacht also has two toilets and a shower, a spacious saloon and well-fitted caboose (kitchen) where snacks can be prepared. The large inbuilt fridge and freezer have plenty of space for the champagne and ice you’ve brought along for the cruise.
Outside, the yacht’s cockpit has comfortable seating for eight guests enjoying snacks and light refreshments around a foldable table. The front of the yacht is ideal for enjoying the thrill of slicing through the waves and taking part in a photo session.
For the entertainment of guests, the yacht also has a television and audio system, but if you want to charge your mobile phone, then recommend bringing a car charger which is compatible with the 12V power grid.
Yacht charter passengers can enjoy another unusual and exciting extra during a cruise on the Jessica in the form of an exhilarating ride on a water scooter. You can choose between a “standing” type water scooter that you can hire for €60/h, or a 2016 edition “seated” water scooter, which is available for €90/h. A ride on either scooter will make your cruise on the yacht truly memorable.
No. of Passengers on the Yacht Jessica
Even though the yacht is relatively large, in order for all guests to feel comfortable, the optimal number of passengers ranges from 10-12 people. This especially applies if you are planning a longer and more distant cruise or if there is the prospect of strong winds on the day of the cruise.
Maximum number of guests: 20. Please note that for the sake of the safety of the passengers, the yacht’s skipper is entitled to change the planned route if there is a forecast of “strong” weather conditions.
Yacht Rental Duration and Times
The most popular cruise time aboard the yacht Jessica is five hours. Thus, we organise two trips a day: a morning cruise from 11:00-16:00 and an evening cruise from 17:00-22:00. We start all day cruises at 11:00 in the morning and end them at 21:00, spending a total of 10 hours on the water.

Departure Point for the Sailing Yacht Jessica
Traditionally, we start and finish in Jurmala, Lielupe. Thus, we can begin to enjoy the invigorating air of the Gulf of Riga coastline just 20 minutes after leaving the jetty.
It will take you 40 minutes to get from Central Riga to the yacht club. For an additional charge, we will happy to pick up passengers at any other jetty suitable for the yacht in Jurmala or Riga of which the most popular is Andrejosta in Central Riga.
