“Ocean” snack selection
To make your yacht cruise truly memorable, order our "Ocean" selection of cold snacks. We’ll deliver your snacks and serve them on board the yacht.
Finger food:
- Toast with beef carpaccio, mushroom tapenade, rocket salad and hard cheese;
- Toast with spinach, dried tomatoes, asparagus and a quail egg;
- Seaweed bundle with salmon tartar;
- Shot with avocado cream, tomato salsa and pickled prawns;
Cold snack selection (~400g / pers.):
- Selected fish: buttered tiger prawns • slightly salted salmon matured in dill with capers • cold smoked butterfish with pickled olives • herring fillet matured in herbs, served with pickled onions;
- Selected meats: chicken breast pickled in balsamic vinegar • duck roll with dried plums • ash-roasted rib of beef • pork terrine with hazelnuts • bacon wrapped chicken livers;
- Selected cheeses: Štelle cheeses • goat cheese truffles with hazelnuts and herbs • smoked cheese • Mimolette • brie • jam • puff pastry sticks;
- Vegetables: Selection of fresh, grilled and pickled vegetables.
Dessert and bread:
- Panna Cotta with seasonal berries;
- Fresh fruit skewers;
- Home-baked bread and butter.
Total amount of snack selection “Coastal” per person: ~650 grams.
